Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this “Luna Psychology” thing, and I gotta say, it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster. I started out super curious, you know? Like, what even is Luna Psychology?

Digging In
First, I googled it. Yep, good old Google. Found some stuff, mostly vague descriptions and, like, academic-sounding articles. Nothing that really grabbed me. It talked about the moon’s influence on moods and behavior, which, okay, I can kinda see that. Full moon madness and all that, right?
My Little Experiment
So, I decided to do my own thing. I grabbed a notebook and started tracking my moods. Just simple stuff – happy, sad, irritated, energetic, blah. Every day, I’d jot down how I was feeling, plus the phase of the moon. I figured I’d do it for a full lunar cycle, see if anything interesting popped up.
- Day 1-7 (New Moon): Felt pretty normal, maybe a little more tired than usual. Nothing major.
- Day 8-14 (Waxing Crescent to First Quarter): Noticed I was getting more stuff done. More focused, I guess.
- Day 15-21 (Waxing Gibbous to Full Moon): Okay, this is where it got a bit weird. I was super restless, couldn’t sleep well. Definitely more emotional. Had a couple of arguments with my partner that I totally overreacted to.
- Day 22-28 (Waning Gibbous to Last Quarter): Things started to calm down. Felt more reflective, like I was processing stuff.
- Day 29-New Moon Again: Kind of back to where I started, but maybe a little wiser?
What I Think (So Far)
Honestly, I don’t know if it’s the moon or just coincidence. But I did notice some patterns. The full moon definitely seemed to mess with my sleep and emotions. The rest of the time? Harder to say. It’s not like I became a werewolf or * might all in my head,It is just a personal try.
I’m gonna keep tracking for another month, just to be sure. Maybe I’ll update this later if I find anything really wild. But for now, it’s just an interesting little experiment. We’ll see if this “Luna Psychology” thing holds any water, or if it’s just, well, lunacy!
